% y7 j* N+ p3 q# ]0 E% E9 o" [ “表层海洋-低层大气研究”计划（Surface Ocean - Lower Atmosphere Study，SOLAS）是国际海洋研究科学委员会(SCOR)、未来地球计划（Future Earth）、世界气候研究计划（WCRP）和国际大气化学与全球污染委员会（iCACGP）共同资助下的大型国际核心研究计划。SOLAS研究海洋与大气间的生物地球化学与物理过程和机理，揭示海洋-大气圈层相互作用对气候和环境变化的影响和反馈。SOLAS国际项目办公室自2021年起依托于近海海洋环境科学国家重点实验室运行（厦门大学）运行。 ' W& x4 @% x0 N! SOLAS自2000年起定期组织国际开放科学大会，为全球海洋与大气科学领域的科学家提供交流前沿学术进展和拓展学术合作网络的平台。第九届SOLAS国际开放科学大会将于2024年11月10-14日在印度果阿市举办，由印度科学与工业研究理事会国家海洋研究所承办。 4 ]' Z; C# y7 p: j* U% t/ ?. q
Under the sponsorship of the Scientific Committee on Oceanic Research (SCOR), Future Earth, the World Climate Research Programme (WCRP) and the international Commission on Atmospheric Chemistry and Global Pollution (iCACGP), the Surface Ocean-Lower Atmosphere Study (SOLAS) is a global and multidisciplinary research project that aims to achieve quantitative understanding of the key biogeochemical-physical interactions and feedbacks between the ocean and atmosphere, and of how this coupled system affects and is affected by climate and global change. The SOLAS International Project Office has been hosted by the State Key Laboratory of Marine Environmental Science since 2021.
$ n/ {( q/ P' B SOLAS has organised a series of highly successful Open Science Conferences (OSCs), which are unique regularly occurring events that bring together the global oceanographic and atmospheric science communities. The 9th SOLAS OSC hosted by CSIR - National Institute of Oceanography, Goa, Indiawill be held from 10 to 14 November 2024. + F, I# @% A) @, a% s& h: \/ j3 Q6 J
