沉积物柱状取样器(柱状采泥器)用于从软的、沙质和中等硬度的水体底部取样。" A) v R" X/ s0 \* v* F
柱状采泥器的使用非常简单。柱状采泥器既可以从浅水中取样,采泥器也可从深水中取样。当采泥器进入水中时,采泥器取样管顶端的塑料阀门会打开,确保水可以自由流过取样器管。柱状采泥器可通过用手推或者自身重力插入采样底部。当采泥器采集到所需的样品时,将采泥器从沉积物中取出,在上升过程中,采泥器顶端的阀门会由于水压的作用而关闭。采泥器向上移动产生一个真空作用,使得样品保留在采泥器的管中而不会损失。当采泥器从水中取出后,通过一个活塞将样品取出进行分析。
